How much does it cost to rent a game?

You can rent any game in our inventory for only $99 per month and a $99 refundable deposit. All of our games are set to free play, so it won't cost anything extra to play it.

How long do I get to keep the game for?

All of our rentals are for a one month period.

How easy is it to cancel?

We don't think companies should lock their customers in with termination fees or long term commitments. If you ever decide to cancel service, just let us know at least 72 hours before your renewal date and we'll come by and pick up your game.

You can cancel your membership from your account profile page.

What is the selection like?

Selection will vary depending upon where you located. At our Bay area headquarters we have over 100 different games to choose from and are adding new titles each month.

How do I request a game that currently isn't in stock?

When you add a game that isn't currently available to your wishlist, we'll go out and try to find the game for you.

If I like a game, can I keep it longer than a month?

Absolutely, just keep enjoying the game and we'll automatically renew your membership for you.

What if I want to try a different game?

If you get tired of playing the game that you have, simply log into your account and either browse for a game that you'd like to play or go to your wishlist and you can request a new game. You're entitled to a different game each month, so feel free to take advantage of our service to try out lots of different games.

How much do deliveries cost?

There is no charge for deliveries. The cost of delivering and picking up the game is included in the price of membership.

What happens if the game stops working?

If a game stops working, please report the game as broken and we'll schedule a time to swap it out with a different game or have a technician stop by and fix it. If the game breaks due to normal wear and tear, there is no charge for the repairs. If the game breaks due to negligence or abuse, you may be responsible for the cost of the repairs. If we can't fix or replace your game within 72 hours of being notified, we will give you refund of $2.50 for each day that it is down during your rental term.

What happens if I need to reschedule my pickup or delivery window

As long as you let us know at least 72 hours before your delivery or pickup time, we'll be happy to reschedule a more convenient time. If you do happen to miss your delivery window, we charge a $10 fee to help cover the expense of having to redeliver the game.

How long does it take to get my game?

When you reserve a game, you're given the opportunity to pick a convenient day for your delivery and pickup.

Do you offer MAME or multicades for rent?

Due to the high number of bootleg games associated with MAMEs and multigames, as well as the murky licensing conditions surrounding their use, we are unable to offer MAME or multicades to our customers at this time.
